We want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, incontinence, wound care, bath aids, and personal-care items are final sale once opened.
How to start a return
- Email Unitymedsupply@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.
- Ship the item back — refunds process within 5 business days of receipt.
Damaged or defective
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and replace or refund the item.
